Introducing the installation case of the odor eliminator "Microgel Deodorizer," which is harmless to the human body, odorless, and can be customized individually. At a certain major food manufacturer's factory in Kanagawa, we resolved complaints from the neighborhood that had arisen while using their existing scrubber system, and additionally reduced annual maintenance costs to one-tenth. 【Case Study】 ■ Major food manufacturer in Kanagawa ■ Problem: The owned scrubber deodorization system was ineffective. 【Countermeasures】 ■ Change of agents - The main causes of the foul odor are methyl sulfide and methyl mercaptan, which account for over 90% of the total foul odor. - By changing the agent to "strong oxidizing water," which is most effective for removing the main cause components, the total foul odor is significantly reduced. ■ Change of operation method - A contact time of more than 2 seconds is required to remove the main causes.
